Group Therapy
Practice your individual therapy skills and build community with other peers with meaningful and even enjoyable group offerings.
Our Approach
Group therapy offers a unique support to individual and family therapy offerings by creating community-oriented practices for you to learn specific skills or receive support from peers that are going through the same thing you are. Dr. Rachel Hughes and talented trainees create group options based on games, TTRPGs, and reality check support groups. Offered virtually and in-person in Puyallup at Divergent Minds Collective.
